Sonora Mining Corporation's Jamestown mine,
and mill (pictured) has been producing gold from the
historic “Mother Lode” since 1987. Annual gold pro-
duction is about 100,000 ounces per year. The leaf
gold (inset) was discovered in the Harvard mine pit.
