| "Francis Marion Captures Fort Watson". Fort Watson was a British Garrison on the Sartre River in South Carolina. Marion was unable to take it until Col. Maham suggested building a tall log tower. This was done secretly on the night of April 22, 1781. The British surrendered on the following morning when the riflemen fired down into the fort. The painting is 9' x 18' - artist, Jose Perez. |

I don't see an answer to the question Bob Perricelli had in 2022. It is also my question . I went to that museum 50 years ago and loved it. Is it closed?
