| Completed in 1952 on a former Atwater Kent estate overlooking Frenchman's Bay, the shrine is as haven of rest and prayer on the edge of Acadia National Park. The Oblate Fathers of Mary Immaculate, guardians of the Shrine and directors of the adjoining seminary, welcome the public to the shrine, the seminary Chapel and the grounds. |
