The Wall Drug Store at Wall, South Dakota, probably one of the most unusual, best advertised in the world. This business was started by Ten and Dorothy Hustead in 1931. Ted. Dorothy and Bill Hustead are still in active management. Some of the free attractions for the tourists are the lifesize animated orchestra, Chuck, Wagon Quartet, Bucking Horse, Covered Wagon, six foot rabbit, Indian Village Display, Arikara Indian Collection, 1908 Hupmobile display, plus free History of the Badlands, Campground Guide and free Ice Water. |
