FLORIDA KEY WEST FLORIDA is the Southernmost City
in the continental United States. The Island City,
completely surrounded by water, with the Atlantic
Ocean and Florida Straights, on one side and the Gulf
of Mexico and Florida Bay on the other. The climate
is delightfully moderate without extremes of heat or cold.
This scene shows South Beach in the foreground and
the Southernmost House, located on the point of land
which is the extreme southern tip of Key West.
