Front:
SHRIMP STEAMED IN BEER
1 Lb. Green shrimp in shells
1 Can beer
Peppercorns
Celery stalks
Dill seed
Place celery stalks in medium pot. Cut to
fit bottom. Pour in can of beer. Add pep-
percorns and dill seed to taste. Cover pot
and boil on high fire. When beer comes to
boil place shrimp on top of celery and
cook 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp are
pink. Remove shrimp and serve with melted
butter.
