St. Mary's Cathedral, seat of the Bishop
of Covington, is one of the finest examples
of Ecclesiastical Gothic architecture in the
Middle West. Modeled after the famous Notrex
Dame of Paris and Abbey of St. Denis, France,
it contains one of the largest stained glass SE 30
by Duveneck and Barnhorn, nationally known M
artists and both Covingtonians.
