CORONET PEAK SKI FIELDS — Queenstown
Internationally known, these ski fields are 12 miles from
Queenstown. The Pomagalski chair lift rises one mile
to the observation room on top of the 5,413ft. peak.
Three ski tows cater for 2,000 skiers per hour. The
large tearooms provide high class meals and are seen in
the centre of the picture.
