FLATTS INLET, BERMUDA: One of the most
scenic areas in the 21 square-mile island of Bermuda
is Flatts Village, a sleepy little place whose major
claim to local fame is the Bermuda Aquarium (centre).
Beyond is Harrington Sound, a salt water lake fed
by the ocean through Flatts Bridge (right) where the
tide runs so swiftly, a board tied to the bridge makes
an excellent aquaplane.
