This mammoth $25.5 Million complex that spans 700
acres, has three paved tracks. The oval track runs
2.5 miles and has the same configuration as the
one at Indy - with identical 9" banked turns. The
permanent grand stand seats accommodate 85,000
fans. Portable stands can handle another 55,000.
O.M.S. is situated within the city limits of Ontario,
California, 40 freeway miles from Los Angeles City
Hall, and only 1 mile from the Ontario International
Airport.
