The National Date Festival, Riverside County Fair and
National Horse Show, Indio, California. Held each year
in February, this is the first horse show of the season
and seven states are represented in the entry lists. In
addition the spectacular Arabian Nights pageant is pre-
sented each evening. Another "must be seen" is the
world's only camel races held each afternoon in the arena.
