Interior walls of the Auditorium are not connect-
ed structurally with the dome, permitting it to
expand and contract with the temperature. The
Auditorium serves as a meeting place for M. I. T.
conference groups and for musical concerts.
Beneath the Auditorium is the Little Theatre
designed for intimate dramatic productions..
