Organized in 1886 and incorporated in 1888 as the Severn
Boat Club of the City of Annapolis, Maryland. Reorganized
in 1938 as the Annapolis
the Annapolis Yacht Club. Its members were
"Welcomed Aboard" the new clubhouse April 1963. Throughout
the years the club has served its members and guests in the
traditional Chesapeake Bay manner.
