Offering some of the best skiing in the United States, the
Solitude Ski Area is located only 15 miles from Salt Lake
City over safe, fast highways. There are slopes for beginners
and experts alike with every type of snow from deep powder
to smooth packed. The Pomalift slope is illuminated for night
skiing. There are two double chairlifts in addition to the 51
Pomalift and rope tows so there is never any wait in line.
