No tracks! No ties! No train! But the old depot
of the Las Vegas & Tonopah Railway still stands
proudly today in the ghost town of Rhyolite. It
is one of the few buildings still intact in the
town that boasted 10,000 population in 1906.
The old depot, open to the public, now houses
a large collection of desert curios and museum
items of early Rhyolite.
