The IBM Kenyon House was built in 1913 and was
purchased by IBM in 1944. It was used as an en-
gineering facility until 1955 during which time the
first IBM commercial electronic calculator, the 604,
was developed. In 1955 the building was converted
to the Old Homestead for customer executive
classes. In 1964, this mansion became the facility
for training IBM management. Sleeping accommo-
dations, conference rooms, library, and golf are
available.
