Glasgow is the county seat of Valley County,
lying on U. S. Highway 2, the center of a large
and expanding agricultural and livestock area. It
is the Gateway City to the Fort Peck Dam and
Recreational Area, and only 16 miles from the
strategic Glasgow Air Force Base. It is one of
Montana's fastest growing cities.
