Bert is the Democratic nominee for Treas-
urer of the State of California. He is a
Certified Public Accountant and is pro-
fessionally qualified for this office.
His plurality of 117,000 votes in the
Primary election was second only to Pat
Brown. He won 35 of 58 counties and
received 52% of the total vote.
