PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH,
SACRAMENTO
Situated on Capitol Square, this beau-
tiful Byzantine edifice stands as a
replica of the famous Cathedral of
Saint Sophia in Constantinople. Erected
at a cost of $350,000, it was dedi-
cated December 18, 1927. The chimes
in the tower, 304 feet above the
street, can be heard for blocks in the
heart of the Capitol City.
