A popular vacation spot for over a century, this point in
Mobile Bay is now occupied by the new Grand Hotel. In the
distance, between the Lagoon and Yacht Basin, is the beau-
tiful Pool. Across the road is the hotel's famous Lakewood
Golf Club.
