G-13 GREETINGS:- This comes to you from
Holbrook, Arizona, which is the gateway to
the Petrified Forest, Painted Desert-the Hopi
Indian Villages and the great Navajo Indian
¿ Country.
Holbrook was used as a shipping point by
the pioneer cattlemen from the advent of the
railroad. Much of the early day strife be-
tween sheep and cattlemen centered near
here. The thrifty Mormons were the pioneer
settlers.
