CIRCUS CITY, PERU, INDIANA Architect's sketch of Indiana's "Circus City" Civic Center, nearing completion by 1970. Home of Circus City Festival held annually 3rd week of July. Evening performance at 8 P.M., with a matinee at 2 P.M. following a big street parade at 10 A.M. on Saturday. Wallace Circus first wintered here about 1870.
