These casks averaging about 500 gallons each are
just part of the Fermentation Area the winery has
for the numerous wines and grape juices they pro-
duce from grapes grown in their own vineyards,
and served in a unique wormy chestnut room amid
wood carvings by one of the country's truly great
carvers the late Bruno Weber.
