This is one of the most beautiful library buildings in Texas.
It has a collection of more than 300,000 volumes and serves the
city of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
Constructed in 1938, it is a downtown center for research and
leisure time reading with over 150,000 library card holders. One
million books are borrowed annually.
