CENTRAL ROAD.
One of the biggest necessities of Cuba is the
main road from Pinar del Rio to Santiago, running
thru the heart of the Country. Sec. Cespedes is
achieving this great work that will faciliate trans-
portation of fruits and products of Cuban industries.
Thousands of people are working in the six pro-
vinces and in a couple of years the inauguration of
the entire road is expected. For the tourist it is
a great pleasure to travel the sections already con-
structed full of enchantment with tropical vege-
tation, villas and cottages, plantations, etc.
