| The chapel was erected in memory of George Washington, a communicant and lay leader of this church, first service was held in 1905. The Bell Tower dedicated in 1953 contains the National Carillon of 56 Bells one for each state and one for the nation and seven small bells, making a full seven octave Carillon. |
