Soon after the fire of '54,
Jack Douglass erected
this building, which be-
came Columbia's most
popular drinking estab-
lishment. In 1870 it was
purchased by Ed Parsons
later by Bill Seibert, who
gave it its colorful name.
With the passing of the
Stage Coach, it became
a museum.
