WAUKESHA BEACH, within easy reach of the city,
is situated on the bank of the Pewaukee Lake, the most
picturesque sheet of water in Wisconsin. The Beach, which
is sandy is six miles long and one and a half miles wide.
In addition to bathing, boating and excellent fishing, a park of
twenty acres, shaded by magnificent trees, makes the Beach a
very popular resort.
