| Camp Grande is the largest tourist camp in El Paso. There are 33 camps to accommodate tourists in El Paso. Nine transcontinental highways converge at El Paso to cross the pass, which is the lowest snow-free pass in the Rocky Mountains. There are no steep grades or sharp turns on the roads through the pass. So far as the roads go, the tourist does not know he is crossing a pass. |
