TITLE CAR OF THE CARNIVAL PAGEANT-
This car is an ornamental car to head the procession of
floats, and bear its title. In the present instance it takes
the fantastic shape of a dragon spouting flames and sur-
rounded by fire. It is simply fantastic in design and is
meant to prophesy the ur.conventional character of the
floats which are to follow.
