PETROLEUM INDUSTRY EXHIBITION
Petroleum as one of the major factors that have
contributed to the making of the World of Today is the theme
of the unique triangular petroleum building located in the
blue section of the Fair. Animated exhibits, working
models, a motion picture in technicolor and an actual oil
derrick to demonstrate the process of drilling for oil are
some of the features to be seen. The building was designed
by Voorhees, Foley, Walker and Smith, architects.
