DUTCH, A BRANCH OF THE GERMANIC RACE, SPEAK THE DUTCH LAN-
GUAGE, WHICH 18 ALLIED TO THE PLATT-DEUTSCH OF NORTH-WESTERN
GERMANY AND IS NEARLY IDENTICAL WITH THE FLEMISH.
