HOTEL ST. CATHERINE
The St. Catherine, erected by the Banning
Company, was opened June, 1918, and is thor-
oughly modern in all its appointments. It is
situated in Descanso Canon, and follows the
architectural types to be found around Lake
Como and other of the famous bodies of water
that dot the mountains of Northern Italy. The
St. Catherine harmonizes with its beautiful set-
tings, the whole probably unsurpassed for its
picturesqueness.
