This Rocky Mountain Goat Team has been driven over the States of Ind., Ill., Ky., Tenn., Ala., Miss., La., Ark., Tex., Okla., N. Mex., Colo., Kans., Mo., Neb., Wyo., and Mont. since 1909 a distance of 14,000 miles. This team is being driven from Tex., to Mont. and return, is 8 years old and were trained by Overland Jack of Indiana, owner and driver. The wagon was manufactured at Chicago, costing $40.00, the harness at Big Sandy Texas, costing $25.00. This team on a test pulled 2,000 lbs. This team travels 12 miles per day with a 450 lb. camping outfit. The average weight of each goat is 100 lbs. The goats are fed 2 quarts of grain each at night. The names of the goats are Bill and Red in the lead, Blue and Joe on the wheel. Price of pictures are 10 cents each, 2 for 15 cents or 4 for 25 cents. No trouble to answer questions.
