HAND-COLORED
The Old Court House, Willamsburg, Vir-
ginia. This Court House was erected in 1770
when the first Williamsburg Court House of
1715 became inadequate to the needs of James
City County. Since the first Court House of
1715 has now been reconstructed, the building
has been serving as the Official Information
Office of the Williamsburg Restoration. It
also contains the Restoration's archaeolog-
ical exhibit. It is open without admission
charge daily throughout the year. Restored.
