1991 marks the 75th running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile
Race as well as the 34th race for A. J. Foyt. A. J. has won
four times (1961, 1964, 1967, and 1977) and is the only
driver who has competed in 33 consecutive races at the
Speedway. A. J. has announced that he plans to retire
after the 1991 season.
