BRIEF FACTS ABOUT SANTA ROSA
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
Since 1888 this specialized financial institu-
tion has shown a continuous record of safety
and sound operation through greatly varying
economic conditions.
Earnings are paid at the highest possible rate
commensurate with a good balance between
safety and the rate of return to our savers.
Insurance of Accounts — An agency of the
federal government insures savings accounts
up to $10,000. Through use of joint accounts,
much more may be insured. Ask us for details.
Reserves — In addition to insurance of ac-
counts, other safety factors are our large
reserves of cash and government securities.
Locally Owned and Managed – Since
incorporation in 1888, the Directors of
SANTA ROSA SAVINGS have recognized
a responsibility to the community and its
orderly growth.
Home Specialists – We are specialists in
home financing. Consult with us prior to
building or buying a home to benefit from
the experience of our well trained staff.
Parking—We invite you to use our large park-
ing lot (Fifth Street side) when you visit us.
Save By Mail-Adding or withdrawing, we
pay the postage both ways. To open an
account, just mail your check with instruc-
tions, name and address. To transfer funds,
just bring us your passbook. We will handle
all details.
Handling of Interest — You may have your
quarterly earnings added to your existing
balance, or we will mail you a check for
the interest.
General – We are always happy to answer
your questions about any segment of our
business, and we invite you to consult us at
any time. We are proud of our institution
and its role in the economic structure of
our community.
