Walter Williams Hall, along with Neff Hall, houses the oldest school of Journalism in the world, established at the University of Missouri in 1908. Named for the founder of the School of Journalism, Walter Williams Hall was built in 1936. This building also houses the offices for the Missouri Press Association and the World Press Conference. E.
