4- THE VINCENNES (INDIANA) LODGE of Free and Accepted Masons is not only the oldest in the state but the oldest established lodge of continuous existence in Indiana, Illi- nois, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin and a parti of Minnesota which states comprised the old Northwest Territory. The Vincennes Lodge was originally organized in 1809 under the juris- diction of the Grand Lodge of Kentucky as Lodge No. 15.
