The Pioneer is one of the outstanding hotels in
the Southwest. The building is strictly fireproof
and contains 220 guest rooms and various public
rooms. All rooms have private bath and cir-
culating ice water. Building is steam heated dur-
ing the winter months and air cooled during the
summer months.
