The LEFFEL WHEEL carries off the First
Prize at the Centennial.
This is to notify all men, that no person has any authority to sell Leffel Water Wheels'
or Myér's Horizontal Flumes, ou the Pacific Coast, west of the Rocky Mountains, unless he
can show my lithograph certificate of agency, signed by myself. I have no agencies in this
city, and one, E. T. Barlow, has no authority to sell or contract for Wheels, or anything per-
taining to them; and auy person bnying a wheel from any one who cannot produce my bill of
sale, will be dealt with according to law.
Having been connected with the Patent Office at Washington for some time, and having
formed an alliance with one of the most successful Patent Agencies at Washington-both par-
ties having been connected with the office for years, and one having been the most successful
commissioner for years-I am prepared to solicit patents, and prosecute claims, with success,
and at reasonable rates.
