Steamer Acapulco

August 26, 1907- While lying at her dock in San Francisco the steamer Acapulco, through irregular loading of extra coal and cargo, took a sudden list to starboard, filled with water, and sunk. Case investigated and decision rendered on August 31, suspending the license of J.P. Pedersen, chief mate, for 6 months.
