Elizabeth Cady Stanton was a pioneer in the Woman Suffrage Movement. Her home still stands at Seneca Falls, N.Y.. The Lafayette Carriage in which Gen. Marquis Lafayette made his famous cross country tour over a century ago, is on exhibition at Geneva, N.Y.. The Masonic Temple at Aurora, N.Y., was the first organized Masonic lodge west of Albany and was organized in 1794. It was dedicated in 1819 by Gov. Dewitt Clinton. Tichnor Quality Views |
