This speciman is from a baby "Sempervirens" only 685 years old
and is 8 ft. in diameter. These trees grow to a height of 364 ft. and
36 ft. in diameter. There are Redwood Trees now living more than
5,000 years, and are considered the world's oldest living things.
The average tree grows about one inch in 14 years.
