Walter Carroll, age 23, looks younger; 5 ft., 7 3/4 in.; weight, 160 lbs; heavy head; light reddish hair; freckled face; several of upper teeth badly decayed at gums; scar inch long over left eye, near hair; left little toe laps over next one; slight limp. when he left here July 31st, dressed in dark blue suit, mixed goods; pinch back coat; belt under coat; tight fitting trousers. Suit was bought at Mullen & Bluett, Los Angeles. Wore dark Stetson fedora hat; new gray and black necktie; shirt with brown and white stripes. He is a moving picture fiend. Stole following described automobile: Buick 5 passenger Car; Oregon State License, No. 59,603; Model, E 35; Factory No. 394,270; Engine No. 387,034. If located, arrest and wire at my expense.
