MINIATURE MODEL FARM
The Model Farm is the centerpiece
of the International Harvester Exhibit.
The lower part of this centerpiece con-
sists of four scenes depicting farm activ-
ities during the four seasons of the year.
The painting above the Model Farm
revolves and shows in allegorical style
the four primary inventions of the first
one-third of the nineteenth century,
namely: the steamboat, 1807; the loco-
motive, 1814; the reaper, 1831; and the
telegraph, 1835.
