RUINS OF WINDSOR ... Located on State
Highway 552, 101/2 miles northwest of Lor-
man, Miss. and 15 miles west of Port Gibson,
Miss. These 22 stately columns are a silent
reminder of the grandeur of a bygone era.
Built in 1860, Windsor was considered one
of the most palatial homes of its time.
Burned in 1890. These columns were pic-
tured in the movie, "Raintree County."
