ICE CAVE, MENDENHALL GLACIER
Mendenhall Glacier is probably one of the
best known glaciers in Alaska on account of its
easy accessibility. It is reached by a beautiful
highway out of Juneau. A very good idea of the
size is obtained by comparing it with the figure
of a man standing at the base.
