The tide packed sand at Daytona Beach constitutes the
most unique drive in the world. Reaching from Ormond
Beach to the inlet directly at sea level, it is 500 ft. wide
and over 33 miles in length. Tourists by the thousands
visit Daytona Beach for a breathtaking spin down this
greatest of speedways. The International Speed Trials are
conducted during the Winter seasons.
