Historic Old Mill

In Stanislaus County. Was built in the early Gold Rush Days for a flour mill, saw mill and woolen mill. After the death of Capt. Wm. Knight, gold dust was found which he left to help finance the project. Was later a power plant of the Sierra-San Francisco Power Co. sold to P.G. & E. then to R.G. Hunter, the present owner for 30 years.
